Patient Financial Services

Patients have the option of calling our Patient Financial Services representatives or speaking personally with a patient advocate in our office. Please feel free to contact us to speak with a representative regarding:

  • an explanation of your bill.
  • an itemized listing of your bill.
  • to make payment arrangements.
  • questions about your account.
  • an explanation of what was paid and what is due on your account.

Aultman Home Medical and Wayne Health Services submits bills to your insurance company and will do everything to advance the claim. It may become necessary for you to contact your insurance company and/or supply additional information in order to expedite your claim. Your policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. You have the final responsibility for payment of your Durable Medical Equipment bill.
